Thursday Savings!

Welcome to my blog space Hands Lifted High!! I was at the Super Walmart and got a super deal on some cereal! They had the new Kellogs Gold Frosted Flakes on sale for $1.97! With the coupon from Sundays paper (.70) I ended up paying only $1.27!!! As my dh loves Frosted flakes, this is a great stockpile item!

Three Day Walk for Breast Cancer

My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in January. She has since had surgery to have the affected tissue removed. However, it makes me more aware of the fact that Technology has come so far in the past 30 years. In addition, my oldest sister has also had this same issue many years ago.

Because this has impacted my life, I will be walking the Three Day Walk for Breast Cancer in November. That's 60 miles all for Breast Cancer. I will begin training for this event in the coming months and will keep you updated.

In addition, I will need to raise $2,200 to participate in this walk. What an honor it will be to walk in my mother and my sisters honor. I will keep you posted on my progress as well.
